About Me
Learn more about my background, approach to enterprise B2B design, and what drives my work
I'm an Enterprise B2B designer with 20+ years of experience delivering complex workflows, design systems, and WCAG-accessible experiences. I combine UI craft with front-end fluency to reduce handoff friction and ship faster with engineering teams.
My Approach
I specialize in enterprise SaaS — the complex, data-heavy interfaces that power business operations. From admin dashboards to permission systems, I design workflows that handle complexity without overwhelming users. My background in front-end development means I understand technical constraints and can design solutions that are both elegant and buildable.
Accessibility isn't optional in my work — it's fundamental. I design with WCAG 2.2 AA standards from the start, use semantic HTML and ARIA patterns correctly, and test with screen readers to ensure experiences work for everyone. Good accessibility is good design, and it makes products better for all users.
Background
For the past 17+ years at Intracom Telecom, I've led end-to-end UX/UI and front-end delivery of the corporate web platform, partnering with marketing, product stakeholders, and engineering. I've delivered three major redesigns and platform migrations (Drupal → Jekyll → Hugo), designed UI for campaign microsites, and acted as an internal UX partner for product teams.
Before Intracom, I worked with European Commission agencies at European Dynamics, delivered enterprise projects for major clients at Velti (including Vodafone, Sony Ericsson, and Eurobank), and provided UI/UX services for public offices and enterprises. I've also freelanced as Pixel Peacock, supporting enterprise clients including European Commission agencies, Netcompany-Intrasoft, and Upstream.
Throughout my career, I've focused on the intersection of design and development — understanding both worlds allows me to create better solutions and collaborate more effectively with engineering teams.

Design Philosophy
Design for complexity, not simplicity: Enterprise tools are inherently complex. Rather than hiding complexity, I design systems that make it manageable — clear information hierarchies, progressive disclosure, and workflows that match how users actually work.
Build accessibility in from the start: WCAG compliance isn't a checklist to complete at the end — it's a foundation that makes designs better for everyone. Semantic HTML, proper contrast, and keyboard navigation benefit all users.
Bridge design and development: Understanding front-end development makes me a better designer. I can have technical conversations with engineers, design within realistic constraints, and create specifications that translate smoothly to code.
Design systems scale organizations: Reusable components, clear documentation, and standardized patterns don't just save time — they ensure consistency, reduce errors, and let teams focus on solving user problems instead of reinventing solutions.
Collaborate across functions: Great products require tight collaboration between design, engineering, and product. I see my role as facilitating that collaboration through clear communication, shared understanding, and mutual respect for each discipline's expertise.

Let's Work Together
I'm particularly interested in projects involving enterprise B2B platforms, design systems, accessibility implementations, or complex workflow design. If you're building products that require both design craft and technical fluency, I'd be happy to discuss how I can help.
